The Challenge: Manual Close Bottlenecks

Month-end close in multi-branch setups frequently suffers from invoice delays, manual reconciliations, and repetitive data entry between systems. Accounting teams spend up to 70 hours each month manually matching POs against bank statements.

Key Takeaway: Automating the reconciliation layer via n8n and optical character recognition (OCR) frees your finance team to focus on strategic variance analysis rather than data entry.

The Architecture

We build an event-driven webhook pipeline: incoming vendor invoices are automatically parsed, verified against the approved purchase order threshold, and queued for one-click approval before posting directly to the ERP ledger.
